Most dispatch offices run on email and spreadsheets.
Carriers come from one list, loads from another, and pay from a spreadsheet. Each handover is a place where money gets lost.
New carriers go to the first caller.
A carrier with new authority gets many calls in the first week. An old list means you call too late.
Papers get lost in email.
Rate confirmations, insurance and W-9s sit in inboxes. An expired policy is found when a broker asks for it.
Pay day takes all day.
Fee invoices are typed by hand and commission is worked out in a spreadsheet, every single week.
From the first call to the paid invoice.
The whole job of a dispatch office, in the order you do it. Each carrier's calls, papers, loads and money live on one page.
Find carriers the day they get authority.
Search every US motor carrier with active authority, from the government's public register. New carriers arrive every morning, and authority changes are checked every hour.
- Filter by state, fleet size, cargo and trailer type
- See out-of-service flags and pending insurance cancellations
- Get told when a carrier you work with loses authority
Call, email and follow up in one place.
Each carrier is a lead with an owner. Log a call in two clicks, set a callback, and send an email written from the carrier's own register record. A person approves every email before it goes.
- A pipeline with trucking stages, all yours to rename
- Call outcomes that move the carrier forward for you
- Replies in one inbox, grouped by carrier
Hi Marcus, congrats on your new authority. We dispatch reefer trucks out of Georgia and keep them loaded on the Southeast lanes. Could I call you tomorrow?
Sign carriers with one click.
Send your dispatch agreement from the carrier's page. They sign online, and you keep a signing certificate. Their papers go on a checklist that reminds you before anything runs out.
- Fee and terms set from a date, so old invoices never change
- Insurance certificates read by AI, then confirmed by you
- Factoring and broker setup packets, ready to send
Book and track every load.
Add a rate confirmation and its details are filled in for you to check. Add stops, log check calls, and send the driver a link to upload the signed papers.
- Load offers from a pasted post, a screenshot or a broker email
- A suggested counter-offer and a reply written for you
- Truck-route miles next to the miles you bill
- A printable dispatch sheet for the driver

Send every invoice on Monday.
Weekly fee invoices are made from each carrier's delivered loads and its fee, with a way to pay. Broker invoices, factoring packets and commission are worked out for you.
- A factoring packet as one file, or an RTS or Triumph export
- Who owes you, and how long each broker takes to pay
- Commission, payroll, expenses and a monthly profit and loss
Everyone sees the work their job needs.
Sales, dispatch and accounts work on the same carriers without stepping on each other.
Six job roles
Each person gets the screens and the money they should see. Only owners and admins see the office's money. Everyone else sees their own pay statement.
Team chat
Talk about a carrier or a load with your team, without leaving the work.
A page for each carrier
A private link where a carrier sees their papers and their invoices. It is read only, and you can turn it off at any time.
Calls, logged once
Log a call in two clicks and get reminded to call back. Works with 8x8 and any phone system that can send call reports.
Reports made for dispatch
Gross per truck each week, rate per mile on each lane, a scorecard for each broker, and the fees each dispatcher brings in.
Reminders before trouble
You hear before a carrier's insurance runs out, and the day their authority changes.
Commission you can trust
Set how each fee is shared between sales and dispatch. Each invoice keeps the split it was made with.
Every change recorded
Who changed a load, a fee or a carrier's terms, and when. Nothing is lost.
Load boards, inside your office.
We are building these now. Founding offices get them at no extra cost when they arrive.
Load board search In progress
Search loads and post trucks on DAT, Truckstop and 123Loadboard, with each carrier's own account. Book a result straight into a load.
Truck locations Coming
See where each truck is, from Motive or Samsara. Plan the next pickup from where the truck really is.
One price for the office. Trucks included.
Each plan includes seats and trucks. Your bill grows when your trucks do, not when you hire. Start free for 14 days, no card needed.

A truck counts when it is on a signed carrier and has at least one load that month. Prices are in US dollars.
Before you book a call.
Where do the carriers come from?
From the FMCSA's public carrier register. It holds every US motor carrier with active authority. New carriers are added every morning, and authority changes are checked every hour. Insurance on file comes from the same source.
Does the AI book loads or send emails by itself?
No. AI reads rate confirmations, insurance certificates and load offers, and fills in a draft. A person checks it and saves it. Every email waits for a person to approve it.
Do you have load boards?
Not yet. We are building load board search with each carrier's own DAT, Truckstop or 123Loadboard account. The carrier keeps paying the board directly, and founding offices get the feature at no extra cost.
What counts as a truck on my plan?
A truck on a signed carrier that had at least one load that month. Carriers you are still selling to are free, and so are trucks that sat idle all month.
Can my carriers see their own papers and invoices?
Yes. Each carrier can have a private link that shows their papers and their invoices. It is read only, and you can reset it or turn it off at any time.
Does it work with my factoring company?
Yes. Send any factoring company one file with the invoice, the rate confirmation and the signed papers. For RTS or Triumph, you can export instead.
How do I start?
Press Start free trial and type your company's details. No card is needed. We check every new office by hand, usually within a working day, and your 14 free days start when it is approved. Want help setting up? Request a demo and we will do it with you on a 30-minute call.
Who owns our carriers and loads?
You do. Your office is kept separate from every other customer, and every carrier has a named owner on your team.
See it with your carriers.
Tell us about your office. On a 30-minute call we search the register for carriers in your lanes. Then we take one load from rate confirmation to paid invoice.
